This is the worst experience I ever encountered trying to do business with an insurance company. One of the women in the office, Tiffany was so rude and unprofessional. I was in the middle of trying to communicate a concern and Tiffany hung up the phone, while I was still taking. I believe in reading reviews and write great reviews for great service. This was beyond terrible service.
